Terms of Service

Welcome to ConvertHooks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website converthooks.com and its tools and content (the "Service"), operated by GVNY Properties LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ConvertHooks is a free, ad-supported tool that generates short marketing "hooks" from text you provide, along with related articles and resources. Hook generation is performed by artificial-intelligence systems. No account or registration is required.

2. Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you paste into the Service ("Input"). By submitting Input, you grant us a limited license to process it — including transmitting it to our third-party AI provider — solely to generate results for you. You are responsible for your Input and must have the right to submit it. Do not submit text containing sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

3. Generated Output

You may use the hooks generated for you ("Output") for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without attribution. Output is produced by AI: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for other users from similar input. We claim no copyright over your Output and make no promise that it is unique, original, effective, or fit for any particular use — see Section 6.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Service is supported by advertising and relies on third-party providers (including AI processing, bot protection, analytics, and ad networks). We are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services linked from the Service or advertised on it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT, INCLUDING ANY MARKETING OR BUSINESS OUTCOME. YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GVNY PROPERTIES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GVNY Properties LLC from claims arising out of your Input, your use of Output, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
